Pregancy announcement

When is the recommended week to announce your pregnancy? My doctor said a lot of people announce at twelve weeks but I thought it was actually thirteen weeks? I know you can announce whenever comfortable but we struggled to conceive (<a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> baby) and want to wait until the second trimester.
