Should I be worried?

Went to the ER this morning at 4 Weeks and 1 day pregnant because I had slight spotting and some cramping that is on and off but moderate. At the ER, eventhough the spotting stopped, they told me I have a threatened miscarriage and that it was a 50/50 chance.
My hcg levels were 344. Should I be worried?

Can't base it off one number. They should have instructed you to follow up with your dr.

I'm in the same boat. They're doing a 48hr hcg test on me and I find out after Monday if my levels are doubling or not.

You’ll have to follow up with your ob. It being so early the can’t say yes or no your miscarrying. Spotting and cramping can also be normal in early pregnancy. 
Go to your ob and request to do another blood test and your numbers should double.
