Deli meats?

My family is in town and have been getting the most delicious deli sandwiches. Deli meats are strictly off limits right? Just want to make sure I’m denying myself for a reason lol

No they’re not off limits! Enjoy them. I had them all the time cause DR said no need to avoid. And I never ever warmed them up

I eat cold deli meat all the time. Listeria from deli meats is more rare than you think, but there is always a risk with anything. If you’re uncomfortable, maybe order a hot sub?
