Cramps - 10 dpo

Hello!

I’ve had a couple of faint positive tests with first response today, the early ones. I’m 10 dpo and have severe cramps which I only sometimes get about 10 minutes before my period comes. Not due for 4 days, the cramps are so painful I feel a little sick! Has anyone had anything similar and maintained their pregnancy. Had a chemical is April. Thank you in advance! Xx
