So I started some birth control pills last month & literally took them for about two weeks & stopped them cause I started bleeding again after having a period two weeks prior & we are actively trying to conceive now . So this bleeding lasted almost 3 weeks & ran into the beginning of July & now it says I’m due for another period today & haven’t gotten one yet ? I’ve tested & nothing . I usually spot & cramp before periods & nothing yet , I have really bad cramps & I’m always nauseous . Any help ???
