Omg yes, but it has to be cold & juicy fruit, and nice crunchy veggies. Anything else I can’t seem to eat and get grossed out or get heartburn. Sipping on smoothies also hits the spot just been adding a whey protein powder since I maybe eat one meal a day and snack on nuts or fruit. Finishing nuts also are not sitting well. But I am forcing myself to nourish my sweet-pea
