To me it looks like a normal reaction. Try giving him an oatmeal bath, put some anti itch cream and if he’s really itchy add a dose of Benadryl but expect for him to sleep a lot with Benadryl.

No my daughter is severely allergic to mosquitoes and I know what the reactions look like and this is normal. If he's itching put some topical Benadryl on there or give him some Benadryl orally. Even for an allergic reaction to mosquitoes you want to go to the emergency room it is more of a site reaction.

My son gets them like this. Oatmeal bath, Benadryl cream or spray, I also used cheap vanilla body spray which is the only thing that helps keep them away!
