Tummy fats
I have given birth twice already, back-to-back, and my body is no longer the same. I have been struggling with losing weight and losing my tummy fats. Any mamas with any tips? A lot of people said diet and exercise, but it's not easy especially when you have 2 toddlers under 3 yrs old running around. Any supplements to take? Youtube videos for exercising? Diet plans that work for you? Please help! Thank you in advance!
