Violence
I was swearing at my husband for something he said and started throwing things on one of the doors in my house.
My husband then strangled me and said he will kill me if I carry on.
I then went to hospital to get my neck checked and back of my neck checked as I can inly move my head slightly.
I want to think this is a one off but I think this will happen again.
