Is this a red flag?

My boyfriend & I see each other practically every day. This summer I went on a week long trip to Saint Augustine, then a week long trip to Ocean City Maryland and then I took a weekend trip (Friday-Sunday) to an amusement park. All of these trips were with my parents. My boyfriend is angry with me and says I always abandon him. I tried calling and texting him and he tells me to leave him alone. Is this a red flag? We have been together 7 years and don’t live together yet.

7 years and he is still a boyfriend. No he doesn't need to be invited on these trips. My husband maybe but not a bf.
 I may be wrong but family and girls trips are a thing so I see nothing wrong  with it especially  if you have told him that you have these trips planned to go to. 
Ppl also don't understand you guys obviously don't have combined finances so if he can't go why you should stay home if you like to travel.  He's wrong for being upset to the point of blocking you as if your 7 years means nothing.
And 7 years as in dated in high school and you guys are now 22 years old or you're  34 or so and things just haven't  progressed? Either  way red flag. I'm sure you guys do things together  so he needs to not act like a baby who needs all of your time.

Wow I cant believe so many people voted yes? This guy has every right to be upset if he has a girlfriend for 7 years who just ups and leaves without him for not only 2 consecutive weeks then another trip and just leaves him behind?? Is he expected to just sit back at home and wait for you? Why wasn’t he invited? One trip I get but that’s just a lot and him standing up for himself and voicing his feelings is not a red flag

So you’ve been dating for 7 years but possibly never invited him on a single trip then wanna say that when he gets upset it could be a red flag as if he was the problem? If anything you’re the problem in the relationship.
