Genital Warts

Does anyone have or have had genital warts? How do you live with them? I had some around my anus and got them removed and they haven’t came back but I’m having a hard time dealing with this. I know I still have to tell my partners about it but I am too embarrassed to so I just talk to no one. I feel sad because I feel I don’t deserve to have anyone because of these and I don’t want someone else to have them but I also don’t want to live like this forever. How do I cope with this?
