PACIFIRE QUESTION 👶

hey ladies.. so my son just turned 3 months last week.. he has been using his 0-3 month soothie from avant since he was born...

Today I attempted to use a eco friendly 3-6 month paci .. however when I put it in his mouth he was just swishing it around with a curious/confused look... I don't think he liked it- that or he wasn't ready for the nipple change .. texture nor size.....

My sister warned me about using the 0-3 month pacifier passed the time frame... she told me he would develope dental issues in the future from using the wrong size..

Im just a little worried that my son will not at any point actually want to transition to his proper aged paci..........

How true is it.. that he will have dental issues if he continues the use of his 0-3 month paci for a long time....
