Caregiving help!

jo

Hi y’all I’m a caregiver and I just started my new job weeks ago doing graveyard shift, things have been going on at work, to my understanding the manager that hired me told me not to be afraid to snooze (sleep), even the people that trained me told me the same thing, even told me I could bring my own blanket, take my shoes off etc. I have a son and would snooze here and there just because I get tired throughout the day and I thought it would be ok since everyone has been telling me it was, This all started when me and my friend started working together on Wednesday nights, the manager has been talking to the clients saying that we haven’t cleaned when we know we did, then recently a staff told me and my friend that one of the clients had been taking pictures of us while we are sleeping sending it to the manager. The manager only talked to my friend getting an attitude with her telling her “Night shift isn’t a sleeping position”. It turns out the client has been taking multiple pictures of us. It’s been a couple weeks now and haven’t heard anything from the manager even when I see her at my work. I’m not sure what to do, it seems like everyone there likes drama and the client is trying to get me and my friend in trouble. I’m not sure what to do can someone give me some advice. I’m scared there going to mess with my hours.
