Iowa birth

I'm now wanting to get my daughter's biological father on her birth certificate. He been having heath issues & wanna just be on the safe end of it. He already in her life & see her. I'm just worried bout them going after child support when I don't want child support.

So how can I go about getting his name on the birth certificate?
