Do you have pictures of the positives tests? Digital pregnancy tests require higher levels of hcg to detect pregnancy.

There’s probably not enough hcg to make the digital read positive yet but faint lines on regular tests means pregnant so wait about 48hrs for your levels to double and then try the digital
