Week 3
Week 3 weigh in= gained 1 pound was surprised it wasn't more ate out to much this week. I did lose 1 inch off my chest,1 off my waist ,1 off my thighs and two off my calf's so happy I'm getting smaller that way. A step in the right direction will work more on weight this week. I'm also going to be starting back at planet fitness next week.
