Ectopic in March 2021

So, I had an ectopic pregnancy in March 2021. I got the Methotrexate shot around early-mid April. I’ve had 2 menstrual cycles since then, and probably about to start my next one in a few days, since I doubt that I’m pregnant.

Me and my partner have been trying so hard for another one since this, & the past month I’ve been taking prenatal vitmains, and folic acid. Is there a reason it would be taking so long? I know I’m being impatient, but I feel like it’s something wrong with me… it didn’t take hardly anytime at all to get pregnant the first time, now it’s so difficult, and we even have a lot more sex than we were back then. I just am looking for some reassurance, bc each month when I get my period I become so depressed. Thanks in advance
