I want to be as prepared as can be before baby girl comes (nov 8th) we are also having a baby shower but I want to know what other necessities do you guys think I should have before she’s here ? Help a ftm out!

What I’ve learned is with your first put EVERYTHING on your registry. After that, if you don’t get certain things you wanted or think you need, you have things you can get yourself. 
Necessary items for me were, bouncer/swing/rocker…something to put the baby in while you do things. Bassinet, crib, swaddles/blankets, burp clothes galore! As many as you can get lol! Backpack diaper bag, car seat, clothes (honestly sleepers are all they’ll need in the winter when you don’t go anywhere and it’ll be cold, sleeper sacks, nail clippers, shampoos, LOTION!!, nose sucker because she’ll be born during flu season, odds are you’ll end up dealing with a cold at least once this winter. Socks, mits and hats.

Lots of clothes for them blow puts!.
A pacifier!.
A sleeping bag / sack to swaddle!.
Bottle steriliser!.
Lots of nappies!.
Wet wipes / cotton wool!.
Mitts and socks and bibs!.
Don't forget those Muslim cloths!. You will need those a lot!.
