Discharge or?

I just got over a period that started 7/19 and ended 7/23. I also started BC 7/19 and I don’t have any discharge but when I I insert my finger I am able to “scoop” out this residue- not really sure what else to call it! There is no odor to it and no other symptoms such as redness or itchyness to my vagina nor do i have any discharge. Is this normal? Help!
