Do you guys ever catch yourself feeling bad about your body?

I’m a pretty confident girl I would say, I have more tummy fat than I would like but my body does it’s job & that’s all that matters to me

But sometimes, when I indulge on chips or I eat too much carbs (rice, noodles) I get bloated or feel unhealthy and start to look at my body in a negative light

But the next day I feel fine? Well mostly when I wake up.. morning bodies.. am I right? Lol
