In need of some positivity about woman who struggle with post secondary infertility but conceived

It’s my first time writing here and i am a little nervous but a little about myself I’m 22 almost 23 and at 18 I had a large mass infection damage my reproductive system sadly later I was diagnosed with post secondary infertility after months of failed tests . I always come to this app when I am in need of reassurance & comfort , never am I failed !! 💖I haven’t been able to find any posts really about the topic so is there any lovely woman out there who’d like to give me some positivity and share there stories of hope with me 🥺😔🤍🌈
