Period-like cramps and diarrhea?

Anyone else having this? 32 weeks and baby has definitely dropped down this week, I feel a ton of pressure on my cervix and my hips and pelvic bones keep popping. This morning my 5 year old woke me around 4am after having a bad dream and I then laid awake for almost an hour with mild to moderate period-like cramping. I’m now having diarrhea, and yesterday had a lot of loose BMs as well, when otherwise I’ve been constipated almost this whole pregnancy. This is my third and I don’t remember feeling like this so early with my other two. I have my check up on Friday, but I just wanted to hear if anyone else is experiencing this?
