Taking of bands and diapers

Anyone have advice for a baby who keeps taking things off. He is 6 months (but a large baby for 6 months) and is grabbing everything. He is wearing the nanit band for breathing but has learned how to rip it off. Scaring me when it goes off because it says it can’t read or fell off. He is also now grabbing at the diaper tabs and pulling off diapers until we put shorts on and now is trying to grab it through shorts. Any advice? I want to keep monitoring him but it makes me nervous.
