Sciatic nerve
Have any of you ladies dealt with baby laying on your sciatic nerve? All of a sudden yesterday afternoon my lower back started to kill me, I thought maybe I just tweaked it but now I’m getting shooting pains down my legs so I’m assuming baby has moved and it’s pinching my nerve? I have no clue. But If so any recommendations on anything you did? Using a heating pad, Tylenol and tried some stretches but man I can hardly move!
