High estrogen (estrodial)..
I saw a natropath and I have high estrogen (estrodial) and I’ve tried DIM and progesterone bur everything seems to give me side effects and haven’t been given many other options.. or maybe I’m just not trying for long enough to let things balance?
Any have experience with this? I’m afraid it’s causing infertility.
