SPD pain?

Is anyone starting to have really bad pelvic pain? I have a horrible achy shooting pain basically along my left bikini line and going deeper in, it’s bad when i’m rolling over in bed or walking. I’m worried it’s SPD and it seems like there isn’t always anything that can be done to really help. I’ve got a support belt and am trying to keep my knees together whenever possible. 
Anyone been having similar issues and has anything been helping?

Oh wow. I have this and had no idea it was a thing. (Just looked up the symptoms on Google.) I hope you feel better! It looks like staying active, drinking water, and resting are helpful to ensure it doesn’t get worse. I’m hoping mine doesn’t get too much worse…. I’m only 21 weeks.

I’ve had severe SPD pain, mainly in my hips back into my back since about 11 weeks. It really doesn’t help that I work 12-hour active shifts. Honestly, a pregnancy belt, Tylenol, and physical therapy is the only thing you can really do. I work from 12-12 and my husband works 6-6 night shift so on the nights we both work my mom has been staying over to help me since I struggle to get out of bed to the bathroom by myself

Hot showers, a heating pad, and my pregnancy pillow have been saving me. My doctor also said I could take Tylenol but the few times I used it I didn't get any relief. She put in a referral for physical therapy because I'm having a lot of hip, groin, and back issues but the heat has done enough to save me from the extra dr appointments.
