I have figured out that my little one ( just recently turned one) will wake up 2hrs after he falls asleep for bed before 11pm. I have no idea why, he even does it if I’m laying right next to him ( we’ve coslept his whole life I know it’s not good but it worked for us) I’m due in September and I have a feeling this one will be the same when it comes to sleep. We have a crib in our room but he won’t sleep in it he’ll play then start crying once he figures out I’m not in there.

So any advice on how to get him on a decent sleep schedule without waking two hours after would be awesome
