I have suffered PCOs and irregular/Absent cycles most of my life up until 6 yrs ago November will be 7 yrs I have been having regular cycles. My Fiancé and I want to start trying and he leaves out of town. I am planning to try since I turned 40 this year. I take inositol and myo inositol , prenatals, vitamin D .
