What no one told me about Zofran

Got a prescription from the doc for Zofran, which is literally the only thing that stops my perpetual, violent, whole-body gagging. It doesn't do a thing for the nausea but whatever. Problem is, it makes me terribly sleepy. I don't even think it would be safe to work or drive with it. If I do take it during the day, I fall deeply asleep and it messes with my sleep at night--not so good for that 5am alarm.

I'm doing just about every remedy there is but nothing seems to be working. I'm miserable and don't want to talk to or see anyone. No appetite whatsoever. Not a happy pregnant day today.

If you were me, would you push through or would you talk to the doctor? What would you say to the doc if you did?
