I’m so scared 😢

I went to confirm pregnancy today that is 6/7 weeks according to my last period. They did a scan and dated it 4 weeks with only a sac visible. I’ve had blood tests done and am waiting on results but has anyone else had this happen? I’m so scared because I do t understand how it can be 2 weeks less than what I’ve worked out: can implantation be that late or is this definitely a miscarriage?
