Fussy stage?

My baby is usually all smiles and for the most part still is. This month has been super fussy for her. It’s like she doesn’t know what she wants lol. I’m still not sure if I believe in the leaps but according to the chart it could be why she is fussy. She also has her two front teeth coming down (both have already broke through the gums) so not sure that could be the reason. The last two days she would fuss in her car seat and she definitely never did this before. No fever or any signs of sickness. So I guess with all things this to shall pass? Can anyone relate? also how much is your ten month one consuming in a day?(not including solids.)
