Huge baby?

At my 30 week scan baby was weighing 4 pounds 6 ounces already. & measured 3 weeks ahead. 98th percentile. My doctor just raised her eyebrows and said “wow you have a huge baby” Im 33 weeks now and go next week to weigh him and find out the exact date for the Csection. Im really nervous this baby might come early like my last due to his size… anyone else have “huge” babies?!

My baby weighs 4 pounds 4 oz at 31 weeks 4 days and my doctor said she perfectly fine and on track due to me have diabetes

I’m almost 35 weeks and baby girl is 6 1/2 pounds feeling like she will be bigger than her brother he came at 7 pounds 2 ounces

Your situation sounds almost identical to mine! At 30 week ultrasound my baby was measuring 4lbs and 7oz. 4/5 weeks ahead with head and 3 weeks stomach. We have a growth ultrasound next week to see if growth is continuing but they mentioned c-section as well. This is my first baby so I don’t know when she will come but in al my research unfortunately I haven’t seen anything about big babies coming sooner unless induced.

My baby was 4lb 9oz at 30w4 measuring 2.5 weeks ahead  , I go back in at 37 for another growth scan. They did mention possible c section. I’m 34w2 right now

I hear it is very likely for size measurements/ weight predictions to be off. One week I saw my normal OB who did standard ultrasound and said baby was close to 2 and 1/2 pounds - then 2 weeks later I had an anatomy scan with high risk OB and he said baby was just under 2 lbs. I presume that scan was more accurate?!? But who knows

I’m 33 weeks this week, my last scan was at 31+3 & my baby girl was 5 pounds 14 oz! 99.7 percentile!
I have GD, but my doctor said she believes baby was just destined to be big anyways, since it’s proportionate and not just belly. ( which is guess with GD it’s often big belly more so) she’s also expected to be tall! 
My doctor said that it would be premature to make any decisions on mode of delivery yet! As growth can level out yet. But baby girl will be here week 38-39 for sure.

I was just told yesterday that my little guy was measuring 5lbs 7oz at 32 weeks 1 day, 97%. Doctor is just gonna see me back in a month to check on growth and to measure my amniotic fluid as it was slightly elevated.
