Allergic reaction?

I’ve already contacted her pediatrician, but just looking for others’ thoughts. My daughter is almost 7 months and last night was her third night of eggs. I had already rubbed her face off with a wipe and then she proceeded to rub her eyes with the eggs in her hand. Her face had some red dots on it that were gone 30-40 mins later when I looked closely again. No other signs of allergic reaction were present. She’s very pale, so even rubbing her eyes normally will cause them to look red. We’re not giving her eggs tonight until we eat from her dr, but still curious what other people think.
