Should I take a test?

Question

First medicated cycle, Letrozole 5 mg, CD2-5. Trigger shot CD13, ovulation CD15. I am CD 29, 16DPT, 14DPO. The follicles were on the right side and my right tube is blocked. I took the trigger and did TI just in case. 
Now I have no symptoms either ways. It is confusing me.
Can letrozole + trigger mess with cycles?

I’m surprised they even let you do iui with your tube being blocked I had a bad tube an removed it and they won’t let me even do the cycle unless there are eggs on the other side that is good …

I meant you can still do iui but won’t actually insert the sperm unless you have eggs on the good side if they was only on the bad side they should have waited till the following month to check again
