My daughter has recently been crying when I wipe her down below. She is 3. She keeps saying “it hurts”. When I ask what hurts, she points to her VJay. I’m so confused! Does anyone know why she could be doing this or what it could be?

She does not cry or seem in pain when urinating so I don’t think it’s uti. She just cries only when she is being cleaned. She’s been doing this for like a week. Yes I have looked at it, and I can’t see anything different except if looks abit red but not too red
