Anyone Pregnant and Breastfeeding ?

Is anyone else pregnant and breastfeeding? My 10 month old has been pretty indifferent about nursing (except at bedtime) since she started on solids. But I’m just about 8 weeks pregnant and for the last few weeks she has been nursing like her little life depends on it! Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips on how to address it? I’ve been planning to start weaning her around her birthday and this is making me nervous. Thanks

I don’t know if it’s specifically correlated with your pregnancy, but I know that babies change their nursing pattern to influence milk production. Do you pump as well? Have you noticed a change in supply? Often if babies nurse more they are trying to increase your supply.
As far as weaning, kids will decide when they want to wean. Some take right to cows milk, others continue to nurse at bedtime, others still want to keep nursing like normal. If she is still nursing when the baby arrives, you might experience some more jealousy due to having to share. 
Also, you have a very nice cat!
