Spina Bifida and Down Syndrome??

Has anybody else been told that their blood work for spina bifida and down syndrome tests were elevated? My doctor said I passed all of the Trisomony tests so why are my numbers elevated? They are sending me to a specialist for a second set of eyes and opinion. Has anybody gone through this? Did everything turn out ok? This is baby #4 for me and I never had this happen to me. I'm freaking out!
