I'm 37 weeks today, & I'm trying not to be one of those that looks at everything & pin points it to labor but  I'm a ftm & I've been feeling off lately. For a few days now, I've been having a lot of BH, really irregular though & a lot of pressure. If I'm not having BH I have mild period cramps. I've also been having a lot of lower back pain, nausea & I've heard that some women have cold/flu like symptoms before they deliver & this morning I woke up to a headache,runny nose, & sore throat. I don't know if that's a crazy rumor on the cold thing.. I haven't lost my mucous plug that I know of. At 30 weeks I had to go to the hospital for bleeding & was dilated to a 1 but they won't check me until my next appointment to see if I've progressed.
