Is it possible to have a negative pregnancy test because there’s twins? Stupid question I know but I’ve been spotting for a week and brown blood has broken through today so I’m confused I go Wednesday for an ultrasound and blood work to see what’s up and I don’t want to get my hopes up. All my tests have been negative. Could it possible be a really weird period ? Or could it be twins? I know I seem stupid but try to understand where I’m coming from. Thank y’all!!!
