I have one on my leg too. Itches like crazy. The doctors told me it was eczema. Just buy some ecezema lotion at Walmart. I recommend the aveeno brand. It works the best. Just apply it every day and it will go away.

Is it raised at all or flat? If it resembles a blister it might be "molluscums"

Looks like ring worm to me.. Mine started small and got bigger. Didn't itch at first, so I didn't think it was ringworm. And after awhile it itched so bad that I wasn't able to sleep at night. Put some anti fungal foot cream on it and keep it covered!!!
