How can I get over postpartum

How do I deal with postpartum? My baby is a week and I’ve just been extremely sad and down. I lost all my friends during my pregnancy and my child’s father is not able to care for me and my daughter or be around like he normally would be due to covid and him being on isolation. How can I get over my postpartum?
