So as soon as it says you’re in your green cycle start taking ovulation tests twice a day as you will be able to see when you have ovulated. From when you have a positive ovulation test have sex as much as you can for 48 hours! However I would be having sex at least once a day from when my fertile period starts even before getting the positive test as sperm stays alive for up to 5 days so the more in there the more chances you have to get caught! It’s a tracking method that’s worked for 10 people I know!
