Hi everyone. So I got three positive pregnancy tests Wednesday but started cramping and bleeding on Friday and now my tests say negative. Devastated is an understatement. My question is, how do I start tracking my cycle again? Like, is Friday when I started bleeding day one of a new cycle? I’m 37 so don’t have a lot of time to waste and would like to try again this month but don’t know how to figure out the five days before ovulation now. I’ve always been pretty consistent in my cycles j just don’t know how to start counting now. Also, has anyone had a chemical pregnancy and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy relatively quickly? I’m scared I’m running out of time and was so excited. I’m crushed.
