Has anyone had a bm and bleed from the vag and butt at the same time

Sorry tmi but it’s happening and when I go to labour and delivery there’s no blood I’m 33+1 I don’t know if it’s pushing when I go 💩 and the pressure pushing on my uterus I’m scared about it because it feels like baby girl is trying to come early and I pray to Jesus she doesn’t 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
