2 weeks ago I got 5 piercings, 2 helix on both ears and my nose. I’ve recently heard that you shouldn’t get that many done at the same time but my piercer didn’t seem to have a problem with it. My right ear is infected and has swelled quite a lot I’ve been to minor injuries unit and given antibiotics I also texted my piercer because she said to let her know if any problems occur, she has told me to call her when they are open on Tuesday and make an appointment for longer jewellery to be put in so that the swelling doesn’t engulf the jewellery. Is this okay? Surely the jewellery shouldn’t be moved? Also more backstory I had my belly button and daith done about 3 months ago. I can’t do anything about it now but is it okay to have that amount of piercings done so closely together? Thank you x
