Divorce while pregnant?

Has anyone here been seriously considering divorce during your pregnancy? I'm not talking about pregnancy hormones or being annoyed. I mean serious marital problems. How are you dealing with it? Thanks

Counseling. The issues were probably there before and a baby never fixes them. Get help while there is still time.

I am seeking counseling for myself without my husband. This has been a very trying time for me and very sad. I think my marriage is truly over. I'll have to wait until the baby is born to actually divorce I suppose.

You can consider it but I learned most of the states will not allow you to divorce while you are pregnant. You can start after the birth but you have to remain married during pregnancy.

I did that. They let me in Florida as long as we pended anything regarding the baby until after his birth.

Most states are incredibly shitty and a woman can't file for divorce while pregnant. The man can, but not the woman. My ex-husband (socially) would never sign the papers before, and after i got into a new relationship, he wouldnt even see me or keep the papers. It's been two years since i had him physically removed from my home after a spat where he broke in and started threatening me because i had moved on after he wasnt even a part of my life anymlre and he quit talking or even being reachable. So. Here i am. In a perfect relationship. Going on two years. Pregnant with my current SO's baby. And legally married. I'm probably never going to get married again just because this has been the most ridiculously difficult and hard process. You think someone is your soulmate and you end up forcibly tied to them after they turn into a person you've never met or imagined they could be.
