Normal or nah?

My period is 11 days late but the past 2 days I've been having this dark brown discharge. Just a little here and there when I wipe. But this morning, I wiped and had a big chunk. I don't normally use tampons, my daughter does, but I decided to use a tampon to try to get the clumps out because it was grossing my fiancee and me out. Pictured below is what I pulled out. Is this normal? Btw, I have pretty normal periods but think I might be perimenopausal. Low libido, painful sex, extremely painful cramps and pressure, etc.
