Ovulation test strips as pregnancy test?!

Can you use an ovulation test strip to test for pregnancy?! I’m a day late now and have all the signs. All I had was this ovulation test until i can get a real pregnancy test tomorrow.

No, they do not detect the same hormone. If your ovulation test is positive then it is positive for ovulation NOT pregnancy.
