Possible twin pregnancy???

I’ve been told by multiple people that this looks like a twin pregnancy but I don’t know what to think... does this look like a possible twin pregnancy? Where “B” is there was a bigger area but this was the best photo they could get

It could just be super early but for now it looks like just 1 baby. The next ultrasound should give you a better answer.

I mean it looks pretty early and sometimes it is hard to get pictures... I mean people go their whole pregnancy not knowing they have twins. It's rare but it's possible. I would just wait for the next appointment, they'll look again and see if they can get a better view. Could be though. Congrats either way.
