I'm 9w3d today. This year I lost 110 pounds with clean eating and exercising, so my boobs are pretty much empty burlap sacks,lol. There is no fat in them, just the mam tissue behind the nipples. Lastnight during a routine breast exam, I noticed a lump on the outside of my breast, about an inch away from the areola edge, it feels similar to when I got engorged during breast feeding. Like a lump of tissue inside. These lumps are in both of my breast in very similar locations. I'm not freaked out since I have an appt on Thursday, where I'll mention it. However, I was 100 pounds heavier with my first pregnancy and didn't notice breast changes. Anyone else have this?
